I can see the NBA player running

Going to the basket, and scoring

I can smell the new smell of a brand new ball

It feels like you are rubbing tiny soft rocks

The ball sounds like an elephant running on an open field

The roaring of the fans are like a One Direction Concert

The ball reminds me of the time I used to play

Chucking the ball into the basket

You can hear the swish

Sounds like trees swaying back and forth

Then all you hear after that

Is the ball bounce down and not picked up again

The Dog of Pompeii

     In The Dog of Pompeii, by Louis Untermeyer, Bimbo is described as selfless. In the story it says "Bimbo straining his back from the last inch, almost pulling his clothes of if." This quote reveals thatBimbo was pulling Tito so hard because he wanted to save his best friend so he was urging him and pulling him so that he could survive, he knew well what was going on. He could have survived without Tito, but he decided to save him from death.

     In The Dog of Pompeii by, Louis Untermeyer, Tito is described as confused. In the story it says "Tito had no idea what time of the day was. He could feel it was black, an unnatural blackness."Tito was confused because as seen in the quote he had no idea where he was and what was going on in his surroundings.

God Sees the Truth: By Leo Tolstoy

     Leo Tolstoy's God Sees the Truth, the main character Ivan is going on a trip but his wife had a bad dream about him and warns him not to go.  According to the text, "This morning, the Merchant was found stabbed to death in his bed." This quote reveals that since he was with the merchant, the police thought that he killed the Merchant. So that means that they are going to send him to jail.

Characterization

     The main character of this story is a women she has a flawless personality. One word I could use to describe her is really nice. In the story, it says, "They looked at her, always trying to find faults." This means they thought she was flawless. But she is also cold hearted. She admits that she doesn't lover children. In the story it says, "She could not feel love." This means that she didn't love anything. She has 2 sides. She actually is a very dark person inside of her. People think she is perfect but she is not. People thought she was kind hearted, but she is not. If she loved, than she would be perfect.

Thank You Ma'm By: Langston Hughes

   The title of the of the book I read is Thank You M'am by Langston Hughes. The main characters name is The Lady. She is a very large women. In the story it says, "She was a very large women with a very large purse." In this quote we see that the author describes the Lady as large, this tells me that she is a little chubby. She is also probably very rich because of how big her must be because since it flipped the boy over.

  "Dreams" By: Langston Hughes

   The theme of the poem "Dreams"  By: Langston Hughes is that you should never give up on your dreams. For example in the text it says that "Hold fast to dreams,/" This means that you need to hold on to good dreams because they come and go when you have the chance to make those dreams cmd true.

  15 Day Challenge

     I am sticking with this challenge because basketball is a big sport to me. It would also be really easy to complete this challenge because I have this sport everyday of the week. It would make sense because I am on 3 basketball teams. I either have a game or practice everyday. And if I don't I have a basketball hoop in my backyard. So I could just go out their and practice if I wanted to.
